Welcome to QR Machine (qrmachine.app). By using our service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

QR Machine is a free, browser-based tool that generates QR codes from user-provided content. All processing happens client-side; no data is sent to our servers.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QR Machine to generate QR codes that:

• Link to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or harm others

3. No Warranty

QR Machine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. Use at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ombu Digital and QR Machine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The QR Machine website design, code, and branding are owned by Ombu Digital. The QR codes you generate are yours to use freely. The underlying QRCode.js library is open-source (MIT license).

6. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics and Google AdSense. Your use of these features is also governed by Google's terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
